Information we collect
When you submit the coverage form, we may collect your coverage timing, Florida ZIP code, household size, income range, coverage situation, name, email, phone number, original landing page, referrer, limited campaign or advertising attribution fields, consent text and version, submission timestamp, browser user agent, network information such as IP address where technically available, and routing result.
We also collect first-party site-performance and conversion events such as page visits, CTA clicks, funnel starts, step completions, abandonment points and submission success or failure. We limit stored URL attribution to recognized campaign and click identifiers rather than arbitrary query parameters. We do not ask for medical history, Social Security numbers, payment cards or Marketplace account credentials.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to requests, qualify and route leads, prevent spam and duplicates, maintain consent and routing records, measure site performance, comply with law and protect the service. A request may be shared with one licensed insurance professional or approved coverage partner as described in the form and lead-generation disclosure.
We may use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, communications and routing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Retention, security and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual recordkeeping and legal obligations. No online system can promise absolute security.
You may ask about access, correction or deletion, or revoke future marketing consent, by emailing privacy@healthcoveragepath.com. Revocation does not undo processing that occurred before the request. We will verify requests as appropriate.
Children and updates
This service is intended for adults seeking coverage information. Do not submit a child’s contact information. We may update this policy as the service, buyer relationships or law changes; the posted date will identify the current version.
